Talent Intelligence — Compliance

Talent Intelligence is a high-risk AI system within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act), Annex III point 4 (employment, workers management and access to self-employment). It is placed on the market under the conformity-assessment procedure based on internal control (Article 43(2), Annex VI).

Provider establishment

The provider is established in the Union (Germany) and operates the system from within the Union; accordingly no Art. 22 authorised representative is appointed.

System version

Matching algorithm: match-v1.0-deterministic — deterministic skill-overlap scoring; no profiling beyond declared skills/eligibility; scores are decision support for human review.

Registration

EU database registration (Art. 49): will be completed before the system is placed on the EU market; the registration reference will be published here at go-live.
